Chapter Eight: The Modern Players
I was Born An American; I live an American; I shall die
an American; and I intend to perform the duties incumbent upon me in that
character to the end of my career. I mean to do this with absolute disregard of
personal consequences.
Let the consequences be what they will, I am
careless. No man can suffer too much, and no man can fall too soon, if he
suffer or if he fall in the defense of the liberties and Constitution of his
country. [Daniel Webster]
One must realize that the local bankers, politicians, and teachers are not
enemies to the cause of the restoration of this Republic. At worst, he is a
petty person who wishes he had power. More likely, he is merely an unwitting
accomplice. At best, he will be your ally. We must not suppose that these
people and their associates and families are any less disgusted with the
situation than the rest of us. It is more likely that they are merely deprived
of the truth, as most of us have been. Without the truth, one's conscience and
reason are confined to the parameters that the Aristocracy would have us remain
within.
Democratic and Socialistic principles are not without merit. Such are readily
found in the Constitution, but under the restraint of the People and the
Constitution. Socialism is demonstrated in the control of the corporations,
but not in control of the individual. Democracy is to be representative,
insofar as this does not violate the Constitution and the Peoples' unalienable
rights.
Realize also, that your government is not really operating on democratic or
socialistic principles. If this were a democracy, as the media and politicians
proclaim, how come when a majority of Americans want something like a balanced
budget you don't get it? If we're socialist how come the riches of America are
going to a chosen few? Wake up America! Your actually living with a
oligarchical fascistic government that feeds you table scraps of democracy and
socialism to keep you happy.

[American Heritage Dictionary]
It is the greatest martial feat to turn a potential adversary into an ally. In
such a case, you weaken the enemy and strengthen your cause. To eliminate the
potential adversary is only to weaken the enemy's numbers, and possibly enrage
others against you; and [sic] do your cause harm.
For those who would return their Nation to the True American Way, we have
natural allies, of which I can identify some. It is important to note, that
these groups are not exclusive of each other:
Independent Individuals: These people, in which I classify myself, do not have
it in their power to ride roughshod over everybody else. They will be the
first to defend all of our rights, and for our own sake we must side with them
when they are right. These individuals know that the path to maximum
independence is to submit to a jury of their peers, whereby they may argue
their case without interference from judge or attorney.
Militias: Some of these groups, and some individuals in these groups are
likely to be racially biased or anarchists. For the most part these groups and
individuals are simply patriotic. They generally don't want to overthrow
government. Rather it is their hope to restore the lawful
government of America. They want to protect themselves from tyranny. Many
understand and have more information than I have passed on to you. Do not be
persuaded to think they are "wacko", though many will have ideas that
sound absurd. Those ideas may be absurd, but do not unnecessarily count them
out of hand. The militias fear the coming of a "One World Government"
with good reason. They do not see their rights and system of justice protected
under such a government. That presidents Bush and Clinton and many other
political figures have advocated a New World Order is undeniable. The militias
have already served to put the government on notice that not all of us will
give up our inherent rights without a fight.
Politicians: Don't laugh. Politicians in power have taken an oath to uphold
the Constitution. Legally, this oath requires them to uphold our rights. I
assert that many of our congressman, governors, and legislators only wait for
the conscience of this Nation to rise up and then together we can strike down
the King Bankers. I am convinced that many a brave and noble politician has
fallen via these despots. If these are my convictions, one might assume that a
patriotic congressman might share these concerns. If there are patriots in
Congress, they will be obliged to play the game until they can effect positive
change. To die under mysterious circumstances in today's confusion
will not likely result in a martyr.
The Military: These people have pledged to protect the U.S. Constitution
against ALL enemies foreign and domestic. Many are devout historians and know
exactly where America is in its evolution. They know who the enemy is and with
an order from their Commander-In-Chief they would willingly, and with great
pride, fulfill their obligation. Some are ignorant of the real enemy, and once
revealed to the soldiers, they will act accordingly. Undoubtedly some are
traitorous to our cause; I believe these are in the minority. Most of the less
educated are merely ignorant, but by and large they are an extremely patriotic
segment. They would not wage war on the general populace.
Law Enforcement: There is a current movement among peace officers
across this nation to disseminate the truth of their responsibility to the
public. Many patriots in the peace officer profession are engaged in a plan
that will deny further UNLAWFUL atrocities being committed against the People.
They are determined to have their weapons pointed in the RIGHT direction if it
should come down to such desperation.
The Church: The American Republic is based on God's Law as shown in the Holy
Bible of the Christian Faith. In fact, the Revolution was fought in large
measure because the policies of King George were in violation of God's Law. If
Christian congregations will move to resist what has become a fascist "democracy-apparent"
in the arena of individual Liberties, we cannot lose.
Since I started this work, I have met dozens of patriots. What I discovered
was, but for very few exceptions, these men and women were deeply committed to
their Christian Faith. Unlike, what I call "feel good" Christians,
these patriots believe that the longer we allow the ungodly to desecrate the
Republic under God the severer His judgement will be. At first, I was
surprised to discover the proportion of Believers. However, as my research
deepened it became strikingly obvious that the Christian in America and the
American Patriot are, have always been, and will always be, one in the same.
I've been observing services of the various congregations in the area where I
live. Generally, I find that the message of personal salvation is well
ministered and received. What is lacking, in my opinion, is the message of
some good ole righteous courage when it comes to standing tall for your
God-given rights. I forsee a day, very soon, when that message starts coming
from the pulpit. That day will mark the the final and successful surge to
restore the Republic.
As of yet, I know many in the congregations that feel the task of restoring the
Republic is unachievable. Oh really, MR. "I GO TO CHURCH ON SUNDAY"
are you telling me that Almighty God has limits? Are you telling me that if
the denominations of this nation align itself with God's Law that He will not
Bless our Republic? Oh ye, who calleth thyself a Christian, have little faith
indeed!
Heed! Heed, I say the Lord's call to freedom. Recapture the spark of liberty
for yourself and your own children and honor His gift by doing so. Tend to
your duties and stand tall with your fellows. You are His flock. He is your
shepherd. Let not the ungodly wolves and serpents tend to you and yours.
Obey God, rather than men! Self-government means exactly this: Obedience to
God, not men. Once you understand the Word, you will walk taller, talk
straighter, and live more righteously than ever before. God doesn't want you
to cower down before His enemies, that just doesn't make any sense at all.
Stand up, proclaim your faith in Him and you will be Blessed.
Once the Word reaches the congregations the Christians in America will be
reunited with the American Patriot. And both will realize that they are truly
on in the same. If you are a Christian, you have to believe that God is on our
side. If God had intended for fascist "democracies-apparent" to
work, why then did America as a Republic flourish both
economically and socially; and become the beacon of liberty and hope for the
entire world.
On my arrival in the United States the religious aspect of the country was the
first thing that struck my attention; and the longer I stayed there, the more I
perceived the great political consequences resulting from this new state of
things... Religion in America takes no direct part in the government of
society, but it must be regarded as the first of their political
institutions... The sects (different donominations) that exist in the United
States are innumerable. The all differ in respect to the worship which is due
to the Creator; but they all agree in respect to the duties which are due from
man to man. Each sect adores the Diety in its own peculiar manner, but all
sects preach the same moral law in the name of God... All the sects of the
United States are comprised within the great unity of Christianity...I
sought for the greatness and genius of America in her commodious harbors and
her ample rivers, and it was not there; in her fertile fields and boundless
prairies, and it was not there; in her rich mines and her vast world commerce,
and it was not there. Not until I went to the churches of America and heard
her pulpits aflame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius
and power. America is great because she is good, and if America ever ceases to
be good, America will cease to be great. [Alexis de Tocqueville] [emphasis
added]
Finally, be aware of the time-honored strategy of divide and conquer. Once
your foremost foe is identified, join with others that have identified their
foe to be your foe; viz, join and conquer! Often we may
disagree with or have animosity towards our allies, but the true and common foe
must be conquered before we ought to even consider division.

Experience should teach us to be most on our guard to
protect liberty when the government's purposes are beneficial ... the greatest
dangers to liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well meaning
but without understanding. [Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis, 1928]
In the warm and suffocating cloak of socialism will patriots find the mass of
citizens who will oppose the restoration of the Republic. The ideological
basis for the socialist government is that there is a civic duty to humanity to
improve the society as a whole. To this end, they believe government should
have the power and authority to effect these benefits to society. The
Constitution does not authorize the Congress to promote the general welfare by
doing anything it pleases. On the contrary, it is understood that the general
welfare is served by observing the restrictions placed within the Constitution.
The concept of education and welfare being in the general interest of the
country is genuine. The current practice is not in the general interest, it is
in the special interests, and therefore those practices are operating under the
"color of law" and should be amended or revoked. Federal law indeed
may have jurisdiction to promote the general welfare, but if a law enacted
under this jurisdiction promotes special interests, that act is necessarily un-
Constitutional. The Constitution does not provide the power for the government
to serve special interests at the expense of the general welfare. Again the
general welfare is considered to be those objects that are defined in the
Constitution:
FOR ANY SOCIALISTIC STATUTE TO BE CONSTITUTIONAL IT MUST PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE,
BE HARMONIOUS TO OUR UNALIENABLE RIGHTS,
AND BE POSITIVELY EXPRESSED IN THE CONSTITUTION!
I do not wish to go through each and every Federal program in this essay to
declare it Constitutional or not. What I wish to expose is what meets
Constitutional requirements and what does not. As I have said, socialism and
democracy are not without their respective and collective merits, but I must
impress upon the reader that these are not the forms of government which were
formed under the Constitution. Our government was formed as a Republic, and
only one thing can change this law of the land...that is an authentic act of
the people to knowingly change their form of government. This can lawfully be
accomplished in two ways: A Constitutional Amendment, or a Revolution
dissolving the Constitution. Since neither of these have occurred the apparent
changes in government are unlawful. This is then the question I pose to the
reader: Are you a proponent of law, or of usurpation?
It is in this context that I appeal to my socialistic friends. As long as we
have a government that is operating under usurpation, we can expect that our
government will continue to be plagued with dishonorable and dishonest men at
the wheel. A government that is based on lies necessarily will have a bunch of
liars in it.
Americans generally (Socialists and Patriots alike) abhor the condition of
their government. The condition is a result of lies and lawlessness. The
undeniable truth is that the U.S. of A. is lawfully a Republic. If we are to
have honest government this Republic must first be lawfully restored. From
honest government, honest reform can take place.
It is my hope that socialists will see that it is in their best interest to have
a government that operates within the law, rather than without. Is there any
among us who would claim a right to unlawfully usurp the Law of the Land? When
faced with the truth the socialist must choose between operating in concert
with our laws, or ignore them in favor of upholding the unlawful social system
that has been forced onto the people. It is my conclusion that most
enlightened socialists will choose the former, as opposed to the oppression of
the latter, even though this will mean a setback for their cause. It is inborn
in every decent man that the law and truth must be upheld.
This brings to mind the question of who is so indecent as to choose unlawful
oppression? These are the ignorant and the Aristocracy. The ignorant are easy
prey to those who intend to usurp the law. This manipulative body is what I
call the Aristocracy, who would raise themselves high and above the law. Even
the Aristocracy may be ignorant of the oppression they support, but the
Aristocracy will not entertain any movement that threatens their economic and
social advantage. It is their nature to do whatever is necessary to remain
elite.
If you are privileged you are predisposed to keep your station; if you are not
privileged you are predisposed to either obtain privilege or eliminate
privileges. This is the real contest for America:
The former group is strengthened by the status quo, the latter is
strengthened by the law.
