curious traveller, the Straits of Gallipoli and
Constantinople. To acquire a just idea of these events, I
have compared the narratives and prejudices of the Moguls,
Turks, Greeks, and Arabians. The Spanish ambassador
mentions this hostile union of the Christians and Ottomans,
